This is a simple way to create a background that blends well. It's great for things like sunsets especially. At the end of this we will have something that looks like this: So, the first thing you are going to do is open the program and start a new image. That's the easy part, and it just keeps getting easier. The next step, is to color! Pick any colors you want, and there is no maximum to the ammount you can have. However, you do have to have at least two different shades/colors to get this to work right. So, anyways, we paint. That is all it takes. Sloppy and stupid looking, but that's not how it will be in a second. Now you need to get your retouch tool. It's that little white hand. You can set the size to anything you want. Other than that, leave it with 100 Opacity and 1 Step. Make sure it is set to smudge as well! This is very important! Then you just use it like you would a paint brush and smudge away to the desired effect. In this case I ended up with this. It's all one layer, it's a few easy steps, and the results are great! Who ever knew that making a background could be so easy? ^.^ Created for you by: Saknika
