A picture of my younger cousin. She went all the way under the water (for the first time) and she wanted me to take a picture of her wet hair . . . . It's a little blurry, but I still like it. Underwater

That isn't really blurry at all, at least not in my eyes. She looks like a real sweetheart, from what I can see in this picture. Just the fact that it's in black and white, and the angle, gives us an entirely new perspective on the image. It's very creative and unique, and can give us all sorts of different feelings from looking at it. It all depends on the viewer's imagination. Nice work.

as an observer this is what i found myself wondering: is she sad? what happened? did she get in trouble? does she feel ashamed? where is she? for one picture to raise a number questions... i say good job
